2023 Plan Updates
Effective January 1, 2023, the following services will be added to covered Experimental Services:
A noninvasive, at-home auricular vagus nerve stimulation device for women with Postpartum Depression
Vivjoa (Osteseconazole), a drug for chronic yeast infections
Hypoglossal Nerve Stimulator (pacemaker-like device that delivers electrical signals to the hypoglossal nerve to clear the airway) for Obstructive Sleep Apnea in Children with Down Syndrome.
Effective January 1, 2023, the following services will be added to covered Expanded Services:
Bracelet that detects 5 fertile days per cycle and delivers real-time results. It can increase members’ chances of conceiving. (Ava Fertility). Discount offered through Maven.
At-home sperm testing kit with results available in 2 days. (Legacy). Discount offered through Maven.
45 hours of doula services for post-partum recovery, lactation support and infant care for up to 6 weeks.
Effective January 1, 2023, the following services will no longer be covered:
Targeted Renal Therapy with the Benephit Catheter
Dynamic Cardiomyoplasty
AUM Cardiovascular
